Sol Happiness Pilates

I started Sol Happiness Pilates because of my love for the Pilates Method. I was introduced to Pilates when working in a gym but it was not a part of my workoutregiment back then as I wish it would have been now. I stared doing Pilates again after my first born child and now having 5 children, it has been the only thing that has healed and restored me of my post partum and post-partum depression. I wanted to become an instructor after being an ECE Teacher for 5 years, not to just only continue using Pilates as my regimen and lifestyle but to also educate and heal others in my community as well. By helping to restore bodies and minds. Sol Happiness Pilates has been able to contribute to the wellness and well-being of others by connecting others to something that is beneficial to their whole body health.
