River City Capital Investment Corp., an affiliate of Community LIFT, is a certified Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI), certified by the US Department of the Treasury. Our mission is simple, to accelerate shared prosperity and revitalization in underserved communities through the provision of capital in Memphis and Shelby County.We provide low cost small business loan capital through an array of customized loan products to business owners underserved by banks in disinvested areas of Memphis, TN. In addition we provide technical assistance in key areas such as marketing, CPA bookkeeping, human resources, and legal support for these owners to facilitate capacity growth. Our work directly produces positive outcomes in our community by creating or saving jobs, reducing commercial property blight, increasing the county tax base, and promoting economic development of commercial corridors.
