At Onmycouchhh, we work to shatter misconceptions, shift cognitions and shed light on the silence and stigma surrounding mental health and the black community. Our company resides at the intersection of storytelling and therapy. Storytelling, which has a historical significance for black culture, is oftentimes used as a form of collective and individual emotional healing. At Onmycouchhh, we use storytelling as an act of revolutionary healing. We exist to help people gain insight that leads to behavioral change, and improvements in the quality of their lives. Through our apparel, books, and community events, we are here to help rewrite the story of therapy.
