Led by TRUTH is an organization that is centered around Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) entrepreneurs by providing support from other BIPOC business owners & BIPOC experts. For the first time, Founders of Color can see, feel, and experience what it’s like to have a mentor who looks like them. Through our lived experiences blooms a level of support that is unique, sought after, and needed in the entrepreneur ecosystem. We are in the business of investing in our Founders through thought partnerships and co-creating a learning experience. Through our mentorship program and coaching sessions, we focus on strengthening Founders’ operational knowledge, building their confidence as CEOs, and creating a space that celebrates culture, embraces diversity, and honors the humans behind the business.
