About Evolve Opened in 2009 Evolve has served as one of the longest operating salons on the west Girard corridor between College Wall and 30th streets. Originally considered a venture of semi-retirement from Television and Film within the Hair and MUA departments, the owner Diana Garner a graduate of Jean Madeline has assembled an extraordinary talented team of technicians. As such the technicians are highly divers within their prospective specialties. Although small in square footage Evolve packs a power punch when it comes to re-defining beauty in Hair, Skin and Makeup services.
