Vision: “Crumble & Whisk vision is to be the best bakery in the country through empowerment and excellence with service” Our company is dedicated to act with transparency with employees, the community, and customers in order to live up to our mission.Crumble & Whisk was born in 2013 by Charles Farrier with the introduction of the Madagascar Vanilla Bourbon cheesecake at a company event. The cheesecake was a hit and Charles began to receive high demands for different flavors of cheesecakes. So, many cheesecake flavors are created with the wants of the consumers. As a result Charles joined La Cocina which helped him launch his business. As a result Charles was able to start marketing himself at public food events such as 18Reasons and the SF street food festival which helped him become a vendor at some farmer’s markets and other stores in the bay area. Crumble & Whisk has a team built on the foundations of encouragement and synergy. Under the leadership of Charles Farrier, our company brings baked goods and savory food creations to the food industry with an international flare. Our team is composed of diverse professional bakers. With innovation, our company brings to customers 3 decades of baking experience from multicultural cuisines and diets. Therefore Crumble & Whisk offers services to consumers outside of the norms of traditional bakeries. Our company offers vegan items, gluten-free, and keto products at the request of the customer.Our products are prepared with the highest standard in regards to ingredients, recipes, safety, and creativity. Crumble & Whisk values integrity, inclusion, and diversity which makes us different from the others. Our customers are encouraged to provide feedback and offer ideas for cheesecakes and other foods. Crumble & Whisk leaders place our employees with the highest regards in terms of creativity, decision-making, customer support, and transparency which enhances our ability to succeed as a cohesive unit. Over the years, Crumble & Whisk has been supported by a number of nonprofit organizations (Treasure Island Job corps, La Cocina , Kiva Inner City Advisors ICA fund, and Centro) throughout the Bay Area on his journey towards business ownership. This strong eco system of support will ensure that Crumble & Whisk is able to continue to serve the Oakland community with a variety of baked goods including vegetarian, vegan and keto options.
