C. Robinson Consults, LLC.

Launched in 2020, C. Robinson Consults is an emerging consulting firm focused on creating inclusive spaces where all are welcome. Whether that be the workplace, a membership organization, community group, or academic institution. Though we are normally with clients for a short time we hope to instill the ideals of IDEA (inclusion, diversity, equity, and anti-racism) to build capacity of internal stakeholders so that they may be able to carry the work forward after our time comes to an end. We like to invite the experiences of stakeholders at all levels into the design and creation of our solutions, so that we may amplify the voices of those most impacted by inequities. We find that when creating meaningful change, each organization is unique and has differing needs.
